I am a software developer with a proven track record in both startup and corporate environments. Prior to my current position at a Fortune 500 company, I contributed significantly to a high-growth startup in India that later achieved unicorn status. I was working as frontend lead for one of the vertical at the startup, where i launched multiple products. Throughout my tenure, I earned multiple promotions and salary advancements.

You may have competitive applications to these programs if you have a good GMAT/GRE. I'm guessing you haven't taken the test yet?

Hello, @hannibalR9

You have an impressive GMAT score, and your GPA indicates the strongest profile. You have years of work experience in the tech industry, including taking part in a high-growth start-up that became a unicorn. To bolster your application, highlight your leadership experience as a front-end lead at a Fortune 500 company. Clearly communicate how you would like to get involved with the investment banking industry from being a tech person and make sure to submit compelling essays that tie these two periods together for you. Connect with alumni & current students to gain an understanding of this process better and improve your narrative. Mention any significant extracurricular activities or volunteer work that characterizes your multi-faceted nature and demonstrates a commitment to change-making. This will allow you to leverage your powerful background knowledge by ensuring you maintain a consistent study plan, thus putting yourself in the best possible position for successful MBA applications.

Let's have a detailed discussion of your profile and help you craft a killer application.Click here to schedule a complimentary profile evaluation session with our experts . We match you with the students and alums of top B-Schools according to your background and target schools.

IB is an ocean - which function of the industry are you targeting? If it's their tech arm, then it's fine.
