Co-curricular:
I led the School cricket team during the yearly inter-division cricket tournament from 2008 to 2010.
I am active hiker ,who has done hiking in northen part of India such as kasol trek, Hampta pass trek & skydiving from 13000 feet .
Post MBA Goal -After 10 years of work in structural designing ,I seek career transition to management consulting .

Please consider improving your score by at least 200 points. As an Indian male, the odds will be stacked against you by default, at all schools, not just INSEAD / HEC-P. The low score and tenured experience doesn't lend you any strength as of today. - Dee (an admissions consultant)

You seem to have a good profile - but you absolutely need to improve your score to a 685/695 on the GFE.

If you can hit 655, you will be close to average. As long as your profile is strong, that's a solid score. If the profile is imperfect in a few ways, you want to push up the score a bit more. Sorry to be repetitive of what others have said. That's the main thing that stands out and looking that other aspects are quite good, probably the main one that you can affect at this time. (can't change GPA, WE, etc)
