Profile evaluation for ISB, Finance background, from India

I have diverse work experience. Started with IBM India as a Technical Analyst. Then joined a startup where worked as a Business Development Manager. Further, joined one of the leading General Insurance companies. I appeared for MBA entrance test and qualified for one of the decent institutes. Currently am working as a Product manager in one of the leading private banks of India. Looking forward to scale up my career with another MBA degree from India/abroad top school - so that I can change my profile into consulting as well as boost my package. I feel have a good presentation skills. The exposure of MBA from elite institute will also help me to shape my career in a better direction.

My plan is to appear for the GMAT test before August.

On the prep front, I have been solving the OG Focus edition and feel still need alot of practice to score well. Any advise, support in my journey would be appreciated. I welcome counselling and any support from this forum.
