You have a good chance of getting accepted into a number of MiM programs. I think the main question is which country/location/office you want to end up at.

P.S. Having a strong MNC name on your resume will help with recruiting and to hopefully stand out vs. some of the folks who have worked in smaller firms or have no work experience at all.... however, another alternative would be to for FT MBA though not all roles require it and since you are staying within the same industry a Masters is likely a good choice.

A Masters in Analytics or Business Analytics would be a better bet given your prior experience and inclination. MiM tend to be a little bit broader and it seems you are clear which path you want to head down.
