Switch to consulting for 5 or 6 years, then back to my Civil Engineering Industry at an executive level, or shift into a large capital infrastructure projects.
10+ years crushing it in US transportation - that's amazing. With that experience aiming for an MBA in 2025 is a smart move. The 319 GRE might need a little bump for schools like INSEAD and Wharton, but there are ways to boost your score.
