My recent role at MTN Cameroon as Digital Transformation Manager has been mainly that of a Product Manager for digital customer centric solutions for MTN Cameroon's 12M subscribers including but not limited to MTN chatbot Zigi (100k users per month in self service), self-service portals such as Identification or VAS management portals, mobile apps MyMTN & MoMo App, digital support accross digital channels Whatsapp, Facebok, Twitter, Ayoba, https://gmatclub.com/chat.
