Hi isha_k I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, your GMAT score stands at about 720 on the classic version which is within range for your target schools. While the GPA is kind of okayish.
Your target schools are very competitive, so it's important to make your application stand out by showing what makes you special and how you fit with each school's values and goals. It will also be very important to highlight ‘impact’ in your application. Adcoms look for applicants who can demonstrate impact in their work. Highlight your contributions to the energy industry, articulate your vision for a sustainable future, and showcase your ability to inspire and motivate others.
Your MBA application profile is strong and competitive for top business schools. With 5.1 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities field, a GMAT score of 665, and a GPA of 8.6, you have solid academic achievement accompanied by professional expertise. As an Indian Female, you bring a different perspective to many programs promoting diversity. Your clear career goal of transitioning to consulting post-MBA demonstrates ambition and direction, appealing to adcoms.
Emphasize how you will fit into the unique aspects of each program in your essays. You stand a better chance of getting into your desired schools if you strategically prepare and submit a well-rounded application. All the best!
I think there is a decent chance for Darden for Early Round as it is binding. FYI - there is likely not much of a shot at scholarship (hopefully I am wrong) with that Score but if you can add something unique to the program in terms of profile or strength or unique factors, you may be able to get them interested enough... it is all about the profile at this point.
