Your profile shows a good academic background and years of experience. However, since you are applying for round 2, I recommend you retake the GMAT and aim for a more competitive score. This will make your profile more competitive for ISB.

Probably a bit low of a score for the average among these programs so really a question of how your profile stands up against the class. If not great, then you may want to consider retaking the GMAT.
