I did my bachelor's in Economics at a University in Colombia, I also did a postgraduate degree in Market Intelligence. I have been working between strategy consulting and technology in Colombia. I had some international exposure in Latin America, multiple promotions, and reached a director position in a small fintech company. I would like to have a geography movement within the sectors I have experience in, technology, especially fintech
If you are looking for a scholarship instead of prestige, you will need to bump your GMAT score though not sure how feasible that is. While you are below the average in terms of the GMAT, for your country/background, it should be on par and competitive enough as long as you can bring something else. Hopefully you have some good brand names on your resume - that will help with both applications and recruiting.
I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, the major highlight of your application should be about your work experience, with 7.5 years of diverse experience, you have built a strong foundation in the tech industry, particularly within fintech. Talk about impact generated at work, projects lead and your promotions. Your GMAT score is slightly a bit low. Since you are targeting R2 deadlines, any chances for a retake to increase your score to maybe a 675 atleast?
Your post MBA goal to pivot geographically while remaining within the sector aligns well with your targeted programs. Focus on aligning your goals to the values of the schools you are targeting.
Given your ambitions and the strengths of your profile, we'd love to explore this further with you. Please feel free to connect with us to discuss your profile in detail.
