What matters more is how you demonstrate your leadership skills, your ability to work across different cultures, your passion to learn. A pivot from tech to consulting/PM is very generic, talk about it in detail, what exactly do you want to do with your MBA, what are your short- and long-term goals and how will you step by step achieve them.
