So, my short term goals - Senior consultant in Healthcare sector in a consulting firm like the Big 3, Deloitte or healthcare-focused consulting firms like Clearview Healthcare, Health Advances etc.
Mid Term Goals - Manager at a similar consulting firm
Long term Goals - C-suite executive in a healthcare organization OR my own company for an AI-driven practice management software (with customization for unique circumstance of the healthcare set-up)

I am Priyanka, Client Manager at ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, you have a strong GMAT score, not only it will cover up for your GPA, but in general applicants from the healthcare programs tend to have a bit low GPAs due to the competitive nature of the course, thus your GPA should not be much of a concern.
Now, you’re looking to pivot into healthcare consulting because you believe your background as a doctor can offer valuable insights in this field, this makes sense. You have strong answers to why an MBA and even have classified your goals into short, medium and long term, it looks impressive and will definitely catch the eye of the adcoms. One important thing you should focus on is aligning your goals with the specific values of the schools you are targeting. Highlight specific skill set you wish to gain from an MBA that will help you through your career progression.
Are there any extracurriculars that would help your profile add more diversity to the program? any dental camps conducted on the countryside, or maybe some statistics where you have helped people who could not afford treatment? Speak about those too.
Classify schools based on your list into, reach, target and safe, this would help you plan and apply better.

Good Luck!
Vashi here from LilacBuds.
Your GPA is a little on the lower end for these schools but you have a good GMAT score. Ensure that you are able to provide the reason for your low GPA (strict marking or something like being in the top 5% of your class or so.)
Post MBA goals are pretty clear and your education and work exp. trajectory supports it nicely.
You also need to make sure that your application essays reflect your strong professional experience. Do make sure that your post-MBA goals are clearly depicted in your application essays and how each specific school will be critical in helping you achieve the same. Also, consider reaching out to alums/ current students of these schools to know more about these programs.
We at LilacBuds would love to assist you by connecting you to alums/ mentors of top B-schools and would therefore request more details about your profile.
