I think you have a decent shot. Your GMAT score is right on that average line for a number of programs for your peer group but because you’re not switching industries and you come from consulting background, I feel you’ll be a good value add to the class and this very likely admit.
if you are able to improve your Gmail score, there’s a pretty good chance of a scholarship or increased scholarship. Not sure if you were open to putting in another two or three weeks sometime in October after the deadlines to see if you can improve. Totally fine if not just throwing it out there.
