Your profile is strong on the surface, with a solid academic background and relevant experience in finance. To improve your application, focus on telling a personal story that links your past experiences to your future goals. Also, consider getting involved in activities that show your growth and leadership skills. Most importantly, try to showcase how an MBA will help you achieve your post-MBA goals and especially why MBA from a particular school. What will matter most is how you connect the dots and create a compelling narrative to impress the AdComs.

Sorry about the HBS Ding - I feel that's way too common for a program that admits a bit more than 10% of their applicants.

Your profile looks solid - nothing looks particularly out of the ordinary so fingers crossed for more invites!!! Congrats on Columbia Invite!

I would say that if your goal is a very special niche place, which can be strong, you want to make sure there are no doubts about you being able to find a job after the MBA. You want to demonstrate that you are very employable. UG pedegree matters but to an extent.
