Your profile shows potential, but there are areas to strengthen to improve your competitiveness for MBA programs. With a 615 GMAT score and 2 years of work experience, your application may face challenges, especially in a highly competitive applicant pool. Retaking the GMAT to score 700+ is strongly recommended to enhance your academic profile. Transitioning from technology to manufacturing is a unique goal, but you must clearly articulate how your tech background equips you for success in manufacturing and how an MBA bridges the gap. Highlight measurable achievements, leadership, and impact in your current role to compensate for limited experience.
