Your profile presents both challenges and opportunities for MBA programs. The 2.79 GPA is a significant hurdle, as it is below the average for most competitive schools, and will require a strong explanation or evidence of academic growth, such as professional certifications or leadership in your role. Are you planning to take GMAT/GRE? With 4 years of work experience in e-commerce, you seem to have valuable industry expertise. Your career goals are clear, staying within e-commerce, but it will be important to demonstrate how an MBA will help you accelerate your impact within this field. You shall consider schools that value diverse backgrounds and can overlook a lower GPA if the rest of your profile is strong.
