I worked at Barclays IB for 1.5 years, and then moved to my family business which is into real estate construction and development.

To drop Fuqua or not depends on your BATNA and risk appetite. I am sure you know the adage 'a bird in hand...'
Equally, your decisions shouldn't be revolving around the badge. Rather, it should be led by your career objectives.
