My short-term goal is to become a management consultant at McKinsey & Company or Boston
Consulting Group, where I can focus on business transformation projects. I aim to work closely with C-
suite executives, leading teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive growth and
operational efficiency. In the next five years, I envision myself progressing to an Engagement Manager
role, where I’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, managing teams, and shaping
long-term strategies for clients in various sectors. Ultimately, I aim to take on a position as a C-suite
executive or a partner in a global consulting firm, where I can influence policy decisions and shape the
future of various industries such as energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing.
