Hi. Awesome work experience and profile. Hopefully you have a good / strong well-known brand on your resume on top of all of this.
Congrats on your Simon Admit and scholarship! That's a big testament to your profile even with 315. If you can bump your GRE to 325 (not an easy task per se) you would be in the running for more programs potentially but that would only happen next season :(
