• 5 years of hands-on entrepreneurial experience in a high-growth HR tech startup, where I played a key role in scaling the company from 50 to 500 employees before navigating a restructuring phase. I joined in as the first employee. Got promoted from manager to AVP to Sr. VP, co-founder and director.
• Expanded operations internationally , gaining cross-global collaboration experience
• Managed investor due diligence and pitch decks. Helped raise $27 Million.
• Progressed from managing individuals to leading managers, driving talent development and leadership growth
Short-Term Goal:
• Join a consulting firm (Bain/McKinsey) in Organizational Strategy and Performance to gain expertise in workforce management across industries
• Learn how data-driven strategies impact employee retention and business outcomes
Long-Term Goal:
• Build a workforce management company to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring belonging at scale

PS. Frankly for consulting, all of these programs would do equally well. However, really really cool that you have a long-term goal that’s so well defined. I think that will pull your application a few notches up compared to your peers. You should get more invites fingers crossed 🤞
