HI Rashad, Nice profile. 8 years experience is significant for making impact and having achievements in your organization. O&G to consulting to industry seems like a plausible career goal- just that you should have very sound reasoning for your career path.

A higher GRE/GMAT score will surely help. if you are applying in R2, take the GRE once again with an aim to bring the score up to ~325.

Also, you don't need to apply to so many b-schools. you can pare this list to 5-8 programs at most. Submit quality applications that land you admits, rather than applying to so many b-schools.
