With a 3.12 GPA and 4 years of tech experience, you are in a competitive applicant pool for INSEAD.

Without a GMAT, it is impossible to benchmark your chances, but realistically you need a 700+ to offset your GPA and stand out as an Indian male consultant aspirant.

Consulting is the most oversubscribed post-MBA goal at INSEAD, so you’ll need more than just career intent, you must highlight cross-border impact, international exposure, or unique achievements in your tech career.

Currently, without the GMAT and a stronger narrative, admission is a long shot.
