Hey
Priyanka here from ARINGO. Speaking about your profile, your profile shows a strong academic foundation paired with relevant professional experience in strategy and operations within a major Indian conglomerate, which top schools will value. Three years of work experience is on the younger side for Columbia/Harvard, so you will have to clearly demonstrate impact and leadership in your roles. Your CAT percentile signals strong test-taking ability, but since you didn’t mention a GMAT/GRE score, you’ll need one for these programs, that will be critical for competitiveness. Do you have a score yet? or any mock scores?

Your transition from a London-based startup to a Tata Group strategy role demonstrates adaptability and exposure to both global and Indian business environments, which is a plus. Leaving your role recently could raise questions, so you’ll want to frame that decision carefully in your applications. Post-MBA goals in consulting align well with your background, but you’ll need to show how your pharma/healthcare + strategy foundation differentiates you from the large Indian applicant pool.

Jenifer (CEO, ARINGO MBA Admissions) is hosting a live coffee chat on Sept 20 about building a strong Round 2 MBA app in just 90 days.
