I am a postdoctoral researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, where I manage advanced optical spectroscopy projects while leading laboratory operations and mentoring students. With over seven years of experience across Europe, the U.S., and India, I bring a unique mix of scientific innovation, project management, and cross-cultural leadership.


I have successfully coordinated a €1M European Union–funded consortium of 25 researchers across five countries, ensuring milestones were met and deliverables achieved. I’ve also established and managed four fully equipped engineering laboratories, implemented safety compliance systems, and trained multiple cohorts of students and early-career researchers.

My technical expertise includes designing complex optical systems and nanofabrication processes. I am proficient in Python, MATLAB, and data-driven analysis, with a proven track record of integrating optics, electronics, and sensors into high-performance systems. My research contributions include 15+ peer-reviewed publications, 5+ international conference presentations, and recognition as a Marie Curie Fellow.

Now, I am motivated to transition from academia to industry leadership. My career vision is to move into technology leadership roles such as CTO or strategy-driven positions that bridge research and commercialization. An MBA will equip me to leverage my scientific depth, people leadership, and cross-sector adaptability to drive innovation, build scalable solutions, and create meaningful impact in technology and business.
