To give you a better analysis of your profile, it would be great if you could share where you've worked, your role and responsibilities, why exactly u want to move from IB to Real Estate, and what exactly are your plans in real estate post-MBA. Without this context, it's difficult to assess your and your GMAT score's competency for your target schools. Also, as an Indian candidate, it's best not to consider R3.
