I currently work in an EdTech-focused private equity firm, where I support investment and growth strategies across the education and workforce technology sectors. My role involves conducting market research, commercial due diligence, and financial analysis on potential multimillion-dollar investments. I’ve worked closely with senior leadership on go-to-market strategies, investment memos, and portfolio evaluations — experiences that have strengthened my skills in strategic thinking, leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, graduating with a GPA of 8.0. During my time there, I was an active member of the National Service Scheme (NSS) and undertook several social-impact internships focused on education and community development. I also co-authored three research papers published in international journals, reflecting my commitment to academic rigor.
Which company do you work in, and is it a feeder to ISB? And what are your directional career goals post MBA?
Also, was your GMAT score in line with mocks/ expectations, or do you foresee an improvement if you were to retake? ISB's average tends to be around 675-685, so aiming for a score around that would be ideal.
