Are you planning to apply inly to Indian b-schools or are you looking at global MBA programs as well? The one's you've mentioned here are all great programs. Your work experience at Amul as a brand executive + sales experience sounds exciting for understanding the pulse of the market and bringing your insights into the marketing role. Aim for a 675+ on the GMAT, if you plan to apply to the US bschools, a higher score of ~705+ will help.
Post MBA brand management roles are difficult to crack in countries outside India as they need local marketing expertise, so you'll have to rethink your goals strategy for global MBA programs.
