Education: Dual bachelor degree in Computer Science and Accounting from a top 40 US school. Awarded best senior capstone project in Computer Science department.
Work Experience: 4 YOE (will have 5 YOE at time of matriculation) at B4 in International Tax (including an early promotion to manager by one full year). My team is a data-centric specialized group that has allowed for me to really pull from both of my education backgrounds, on projects and in mentoring peers.
ECs: Lots of leadership extracurriculars in undergrad in clubs, though unfortunately no specifics post-undergrad:
- Social fraternity: notably Treasurer and Recruitment Chair, but held many elected positions with impact
- Greek Life honor society treasurer: expanded dues fund to provide financial assistance during pandemic times
- Started investment fund that grew across different universities, and worked on experimenting with ML tools
- Study abroad ambassador
- Freshmen orientation leader
- All major honor society Vice President: helped chapter gain recognition for improvements
Goals: Short term want to go into software strategy consulting to build strategic management toolkit in technology space, long term want to go to family business in tax software, drawing from technology, tax, and consulting backgrounds.

Understandably the Harvard, Wharton, and LBS dings must have been a punch in the gut. I see that you've been interviewed by other schools so hopefully they pan out well. As for your profile. the GPA and GRE are on mark, work ex and goals are fine. So now it comes down to your application and how you've fleshed out the essays as well as the schools you have shortlisted.
Speaking about your odds based on the interview you gave, it will be difficult to pin point since it comes down to how you performed in the interview.
We'd be very happy to connect with you, perhaps discuss your strategy when you applied to these schools and what should be your next course of action if you don't get a good response . I think it's very important you have that clarity at this point, especially with R2 coming up.
