Sentence is checking pronoun agreement, idiom and meaning errors.
"Different from" is the correct idiom form.
"findings" is plural and hence plural pronoun "those" rather than the singular pronoun "that" should be used.
"Affect" means - "Have an effect on" -------- Correct meaning.

(B) effect blood pressure are different from those ------- (Incorrect meaning error)
(C) effect blood pressure are different than those ------- (Incorrect meaning and Idiom error)
(D) affect blood pressure are different than those ------- (Idiom error)
(E) affect blood pressure are different from that -------- (Pronoun agreement error)

(A) affect blood pressure are different from those --------- (Correct)
Has correct usage of idiom, pronoun agreement and meaning.

Answer (A)...

affect means to have an effect on so "affect" is the right word here
rule out B and C
findings are plural so it must be different from those
A it is
different than is unidiomatic so D out
