option 2 is good - since we are looking only for the ratio. and the graph provides the answer (took me some time to realize that, cuz I almost went for C)
Explanation why option 2 is good:
doesn't matter the graph is drawn to scale or not, we know one thing for sure...2 of the width of the smaller rectangle equals to the length of the smaller rectangle....so it follows that KN=LM=2 width of the rectangle
As of MN, MN=(length of small rectangle + width of small Rectangle). since we know that the length of the small rectnagle equals to 2 width of the small rectangle, then we know that MN=3 width of small rectangle.
so the ratio is 2:3 (in terms of the width of the small rectangle)
