Scores for Student A from Test 1(40) to Test 2(70) changed by 30.
Scores for Student B from Test 1(40) to Test 2(60) changed by 20.
Scores for Student C from Test 1(60) to Test 2(70) changed by 10.
Scores for Student D from Test 1(80) to Test 2(80) did not change.
Scores for Student E from Test 1(80) to Test 2(60) changed by 20.

Therefore, from the information, the scores for Student A changed the most(Option A)
