You probably will need to be more specific. Their website will have all the basics of the program, such as # and length of rotations. I can tell you that you will stay within the business you recruit into, there isn't jumping around different business units like some other conglomerates. I talked with people who went through the program and the best people to talk to are those no longer at GE...this holds true at all companies because they dont have any stake whether you go there or no and generally are the most honest.
My take on the program was, the prestige of the program is no where near what it was 20 years ago. Very few people stay beyond a few years after the program (at least out of top schools). They used it instead of a consulting type gig for a few years. Pretty much everyone moved each time they changed assignments, many had a few locations and rotations that left a lot to be desired. It was difficult for people who are married, especially if their spouse works and even more so if they have kids. Coming out of a top school the pay was on the low side for what you have to do, I was told that this was because they view the training they give as a benefit. This was the take more than a few people expressed.
GE hires a huge number of MBA's, I believe it is in the range of 100 in a good year. However, unlike a Bain, BCG, McKinsey they go to schools from HBS down to ones you probably didnt realize had MBAs. GE is no longer the gold standard at top schools but still is one of the best employers for some schools.
IMO there are other leadership programs that are better and there are better growth opportunities at many companies. You really will need to decide for yourself if it is right. I tended to be turned off by many of the huge corporations programs. Some are amazing but few offered what I really wanted.
