In triangle ABC above, ∠AFB = ∠AEC = 90°.
Also, BF = CE are height of the triangle
area of triangle ABC = \(\frac{1}{2 }* AB * CE = \frac{1}{2} * AC * BF\)
since, BF = CE
it implies that AB = AC
Answer: A

If B is correct, then what is wrong with C? It has the same kind of equality as that option B.
