Your best bet for quant is to go over your practice tests and look for areas in which you could be stronger. Even though you are already at 48, I am sure you will find at least a half dozen question types that you could be better at handling.
Then deep dive into each topic, getting a better sense of how to handle the related questions, and do as many questions as it takes to get totally comfortable with the topic.
To score higher in verbal you are going to need to be clearer about what's going on in the questions and the answer choices. So work on the questions slowly, and take the time to get very clear about why every wrong answer choice is wrong and every correct answer choice is correct.
Meanwhile, I bet that by improving your accuracy you can score 20 - 60 points higher. So be sure to become aware of any typical "careless" errors you make and seek to reduce those.
For CATs, use official tests and as many non-official tests as you feel like taking. Don't underestimate the power of taking a CAT, reviewing your performance, addressing weaknesses, taking another CAT and so on.
