B says that manufacturing sector is operating at peak after decades slump.
Does that mean exports are at peak and hence weak currency would not help to further increase exports? How does manu peak relate to exports or I am mising something?

I remember this one too.
B does make the most sense. If the manufactoring sector is already running at full capacity, lowering the value of the pundra will not cause the exports to increase because the level of exports is already at the max.
For increase in export...there ought to be increase in manufacturing as well but since the manufacturing level is already at its peak, the manufacuring industry wont be able to benifit from the decline in value of the currency. So, B it is.
