Hello,
I am a third-year student studying economics and finance at Bocconi University, and I am 22 years old.
I have been admitted to both the Master's in Economics and Finance program at HEC and the Master's in Finance program at ESSEC. I am undecided about which program to choose.
Regarding ESSEC: I have received an Excellence Scholarship that covers 40% of the tuition fees. The total tuition fees are 40,000 euros, and I have already paid a non-refundable deposit of 5,000 euros. The program lasts for 2 years, during which there is a mandatory internship semester and a semester at the Singapore campus.
Regarding HEC: The program lasts for 1 year, costs about 40,000 euros, and I have not received any scholarships. No exchanges or internships are planned during this year.
The MEF and MiF programs are slightly different, but I am particularly interested in both. The only reason I would choose HEC would be for the international reputation of the school (more recognized than ESSEC), while for all other aspects (program structure and tuition fees), I prefer ESSEC.
Do you have any advice for me?
