How does Friday have the higher ratio?

The ratio of burgers (blue bar) to then total units on Friday = 65/(65 + 40) ≈ 0.6
The ratio of burgers (blue bar) to then total units on Saturday = 60/(60 + 25) ≈ 0.7

Tuesday: 36/(36 + 24) = 60%, not 72%.

The solution is detailed enough and it's further elaborated in a couple of posts above. Here's another discussion of the same question with more details and an alternative solution: https://gmatclub.com/forum/the-graph-ab ... 25769.html. Please review and ask specific questions if anything still remains unclear.

The question is talking about pizza's costing more than burgers, then should we not focus on higher volume of burgers being sold since we are maximising revenue?

Sorry, this part threw me off and I got to the wrong conclusion.

The question isn’t asking which item sells in higher volume; it’s asking which day brings in more revenue. Since each pizza costs three times as much as a burger, a smaller number of pizzas can still generate more total revenue than a larger number of burgers. That’s why we multiply the pizza count by 3 and compare the total (burgers + 3 *× pizzas). Sunday ends up giving the highest total value.

I don’t quite agree with the solution. pizza costs three times as much as a burger =/ pizza generates three times revenue as much as a burger

You are wrong. If a pizza costs three times as much as a burger, then each pizza brings in three times the revenue of one burger. So revenue is burgers + 3 * pizzas.
