Maintain and continue are redundant...Maintain implies continue

D. "help to maintain and continue" - is wordy because Maintain implies continuation.

"C" from my side. Whats OA?

help to > help > help in.

C and D remain. D has serious redundancy (maintain and continue). C wins.

Is "to" not required before the verb "maintain".

i chose D bcz, in the original sentence its written" ongoing maintenance"; Doesnt maintain and continue implies the same??
