Answer is B with eswarchethu135 on this one.

Bring 0.5959 in the fraction form of 5959/10000 = 59x.

Next is bring down 59 in the denominator i.e 5959/10000x59 = x

After dividing you get 101/10000 = x

Thus 0.0101 is the answer in decimal form

Simplifying, we have:

x = 0.5959/59

x = 0.59/59 + 0.0059/59

x = 0.01 + 0.0001

x = 0.0101

we can write 0.5959 as $$\frac{5959}{10000}$$
and 5959 as $$(59*100)+59$$
After factorizing 59, we will have: $$\frac{59(100+1)}{10000}$$

Here is the equation:
$$\frac{59(100+1)}{10000}=59x$$

canceling out 59, we get the value of x as:

$$x=101/10000$$

$$x=0.0101$$
