Statement 1: \(a+0.41>1 =>a>1-0.41=>a>0.59\)

but \(a\) can be \(0.6\) or \(0.7\). Insufficient

Statement 2: \(a+0.39<1=>a<1-0.39=>a<0.61\)

but \(a\) can be \(0.6\) or \(0.5\). Insufficient

Combining 1 & 2: we have \(0.59<a<0.61\)

But \(a\) can be \(0.591\) or \(0.6\). Insufficient
