If 2x – 4y = 13, what is the value of x?

(1) x is a positive integer
(2) 5y = 3x

Sorry Bunuel,

But here both the statements seem to contradict each other . According to statement 1, X should be a positive integer.
However statement 2 , seems to say something different.

X should be a positive integer according to both the statements .

Please correct me , if I am missing anything.
