D product of gh will be negative as h is negative hence gh will be less than 0 so abc are out and taking values like 8.5 and -9.5 we can know it will be grtr than -80 something so e can be ruled out

greater value of g= just less than 9 and lesser value h is just greater than -10
thus -90 is lesser value of gh

again number greater than 0 is minimum value for g and number lesser than -7 is greater value of h
thus gh<0

only option D satisfies

0 < g < 9
-10 < h < -7

Minimum value of g*h = 9*-10 = -90 [Multiplication of values with opposite sign]
Maximum value of g*h = 0*-7 = 0 [Since h is always negative and g is always positive, the largest number can be 0]

Hence 0 > g*h > -90

Correct Option: D

We are given that 0 < g < 9 and –10 < h < –7 and need to determine the range of the product of gh.

Since h is negative and g is positive, we can first determine that the product gh will be less than zero. Also, since h > -10 and g < 9, we see that gh must be greater than -10 x 9 = -90.

Thus, -90 < gh < 0.

Answer: D

0 < g < 9

Minimum value of g*h = 9*-10 = -90 [Multiplication of values with opposite sign]
Maximum value of g*h = 0*-7 = 0 [Since h is always negative and g is always positive, the largest number can be 0]

Hence 0 > g*h > -90

Thanks honestly it helped me
