HI..

Sufficient to know that a can be - or +..
1) a as NEGATIVE, and other TWO positive will give you NO ..
2) a, b, c all positive will give you YES

So different answers insufficient while combined also

example..
(1) b=2,a=-3,c=4..... will satisfy both statements but answer NO as a<b<c
(2) b=2,a=3,c=4....will satisfy both statements but answer YES as b<a<c
so E
