Given (a-b)/c <0
so
either a-b <0 and c>0
or c<0 and a-b>0

we need to check if a>b ?

1) Given c<0, therefore a-b>0 => a>b Sufficient

2) a+b<0

this implies either a>b or b>a Not sufficent

a=-10 b=5 => a+b < 0 and a<b => a-b <0
a=2 b= -10 => a+b<0 and a>b => a-b >0

Therefore Not sufficient

Therefore Answer A
