If m and n are integers, and m is a multiple of 5, is mn a multiple of 135 ?

(1) m is a multiple of 3.
(2) n is a multiple of 9.

mn to be a multiple of 135 it has to be = 3^3 * 5 = 27 * 5 = 100 + 35 = 135

we know m is a multiple of 5

if m is also a multiple of 3 then the least it can be is 15.

Since we have no information on n we cannot figure out whether it is divisible or not.

Insufficient.

Statement 2)

n is a multiple of 9 = 3^2

We need 3^3 * 5 so we have 3 missing. Insufficient.

Combined we know that m is at least 15 so (3*5) and n = 3^2

Sufficient.
