If q is a multiple of prime numbers, is q a multiple of r?
A: r < 4
B: q= 18
My question is how to interpret r here is it real number or natural number, positive number?
OA is E .

You have got it right.

Since we do not know what r is (even after combining stmt1 and stmt2), hence E should be the answer.
