(1) The distance between C and A is 8
(2) The distance between A and the center of the circle is 6 units.

We need radius of the circle so that circumference can be determined.

St1:- CA=8
We need the distance between center of circle and C in order to determine radius.
Insufficient.

St2:- The distance between A and the center of the circle is the radius of circle. So r=6
So, circumference can be determined.
