Given: \(\frac{xy}{\frac{yz}{zx}}=\frac{1}{\frac{2}{3}}\).
Question: \(\frac{\frac{x}{yz}}{\frac{y}{zx}}=\frac{x}{yz}*\frac{zx}{y}=\frac{x^2}{y^2}=?\).
As from the stem (below two): \(\frac{yz}{zx}=\frac{2}{3}\) --> \(\frac{y}{x}=\frac{2}{3}\) --> \(\frac{x}{y}=\frac{3}{2}\).
So: \(\frac{x^2}{y^2}=(\frac{3}{2})^2=\frac{9}{4}\).
Answer: D.

Given xy : yz : zx = 1 : 2 : 3 => yz : zx = 2 : 3 = y/x -------------2
using 1 and 2...we get (x/y)^2 = 9/4 = x / yz : y / zx
