Assume 100 employees. 20% of total i.e 20 employees are retired.
Remaining employees - 80
64% of total employees i.e 64 employees are Male-Not Retired.
remaining employees 16, who are Female-Not Retired and they make 20% of the total Not-retired employees, who are 80 in total.

Therefore, the percentage of female employees(who haven't retired) = $$\frac{16}{80} = 20%$$(Option A)
