It should be B

$$y = mx + c$$

Using point $$(1,y)$$

$$y = 2*1 + 4 = 6$$

using $$(x,2)$$

$$2 = 2*x + 4$$
$$x = -1$$

$$x - y = -1 - 6 = -7$$
