It should be B

\(y = mx + c\)

Using point \((1,y)\)

\(y = 2*1 + 4 = 6\)

using \((x,2)\)

\(2 = 2*x + 4\)
\(x = -1\)

\(x - y = -1 - 6 = -7\)
