isn't quandrant II the one in the bottom left part of the screen?
if so:
1. yes, will intercept at some point
2. if you know the y-intercept is -6 then how would it not intercept quadrant II somehow? I'm picturing a line that goes through (0,-6) in my head and regardless of slope (assuming it's not a vertical line, which isn't the case if it intercepts at y= -6) it goes through quadrant II.
am I missing something here?
Try visualizing the line passing through 1st, 3rd and 4th quadrant. The line still passes through (0, -6)

Perhaps, you are persisting your conclusions from the first statement that its slope is -1/6 and hence visualizing that ways.
